The below illustrates a transformative development in the UP area completed in 2008. This mixed use project activates the streetfront along Cool Blow St across from Singleton Park with commercial spaces and mixes uses with residential above the commercial. Sustainability factors are prominent throughout the development with thick energy conserving concrete walls, porous pavement, shared office/residential parking, bamboo flooring and loads of natural lighting through the large window apertures.
